About Juan Ramírez

I am Juan Ramírez, a multidisciplinary creative professional working at the intersection of UX/UI design, 3D art, and creative direction. I was born in Quito and I am currently based in Buenos Aires, collaborating with teams and brands in Latin America, Europe, and remote-first environments. Over the past years, I have specialized in building immersive digital experiences that combine visual identity, interaction design, storytelling, and real-time technologies. My work includes web products, AR/VR interfaces, CGI campaigns, and interactive 3D sites that connect design strategy with technical execution.

My current goal is to connect with new full-time and freelance opportunities where I can contribute as a UX/UI Designer, 3D Creative, or Creative Director for digital campaigns and video-led projects. I am especially interested in roles where design quality and technical implementation are equally valued. I enjoy projects that need both strong concept direction and practical delivery, from initial brief and user flow definition to visual systems, prototypes, and production-ready outputs. I can work independently as an end-to-end partner or as part of cross-functional teams with developers, marketers, and production studios.

What I Do

As a UX/UI Designer, I design interfaces for apps, websites, and interactive experiences, with attention to information architecture, usability, and visual coherence across desktop and mobile. As a 3D Artist, I create assets, scenes, and visual narratives for campaigns, product communication, and experiential content. As a Creative Director for CGI and digital video, I lead concept, lookdev, and storytelling decisions that align brand goals with high-impact visual outcomes. In practical terms, this means I can define the idea, structure the interaction, and shape the final visual language in one continuous workflow.

Design to Code with AI Workflows

One of my strongest advantages is moving from design to production quickly without losing quality. I work with Figma, Figma Make, Codex, and Claude to accelerate ideation, prototyping, and implementation. These tools help reduce iteration time, but the creative and strategic direction always comes from intentional design decisions. I use AI to prototype interaction patterns, generate implementation scaffolds, document systems, and validate variants faster, while keeping full control of UX priorities, visual quality, brand consistency, and technical feasibility. For teams, this translates into faster delivery, clearer collaboration, and a better balance between speed and craft.

How I Approach Projects

I usually start by aligning on business objectives, audience behavior, and success criteria. From there, I define structure and experience principles before moving into visual exploration and prototyping. In web and interactive projects, I pay close attention to performance, accessibility, responsive behavior, and clarity of navigation. In 3D and CGI work, I focus on composition, material realism, pacing, and storytelling impact. My process is iterative and transparent: I prefer frequent checkpoints, quick feedback loops, and clear decision frameworks so teams can move forward with confidence.

Opportunities I Am Open To

I am available for full-time positions and freelance collaborations in UX/UI, 3D creative production, and creative direction. I can contribute to product teams, agencies, startups, innovation studios, and brand-side in-house teams. Typical collaboration formats include product interface design, campaign visuals, 3D web experiences, AR/VR interface systems, CGI content pipelines, and design-to-code execution. I also collaborate on hybrid roles where strategic thinking and hands-on production are needed at the same time.

Let’s Work Together

If you are building a digital product, launching a campaign, or looking for a creative partner who can bridge design, 3D, and implementation, I would love to hear about your project. I can join ongoing teams, support short production sprints, or lead full initiatives from concept to delivery. I am comfortable working in English and Spanish, across time zones, and with remote collaboration tools.
